Preparing for the Agency Workers Regulations

Using Agency Workers has traditionally provided many South West businesses with the flexibility to cover seasonal peaks in workload. With new rules covering Agency Workers coming into force from 1 October 2011 - including rights to ‘equal treatment’ (including pay) with comparable direct employees after 12 weeks; many employers will now need to update their practices in this area.

We are holding free two hour briefings on a number of dates throughout July, August and September at various locations in Plymouth, Truro and Exeter.
