HR Office Support Administrator
Location: Mount Wise, Plymouth, Devon
Pay rate: Dependent on experience
Hours: 16 hours per week, with flexibility as to how those hours are structured during the week.

A respected consultancy firm are looking for an HR administrator to work within their fast-paced office as part of a Human Resource Management team. You will need to possess excellent time management skills, display and execute high attention to detail and be happy communicating with a wide range of individuals in various formats. Of key importance is the ability to adapt and respond to the changing needs and priorities of the business, your duties will involve working with two senior consultants – helping prepare casework and administrative support. Our clients are wide ranging and often have projects that need an appreciation of the ‘big picture’, being commercially astute is a prerequisite for success in this role.
Liaising with our clients is a frequent part of the role. You will need to have the necessary skills to effectively provide and gather information; as well as having the confidence and initiative to deal with various situations as they arise.
The successful candidate will integrate well with a focused, hardworking team, as they deliver a first-class consultancy service to growing businesses in Devon and the surrounding counties. A valid UK driving licence is necessary due to our clients having offices throughout Cornwall and Devon.
