Kelly joined Tamar HR after building eight years of HR leadership experience within the education sector. Throughout her career, she has developed strong expertise across a wide range of HR areas, including employee relations, recruitment, organisational development, and supporting leaders through complex people challenges.

Kelly has a real passion for building positive working relationships and takes a collaborative, down to earth approach with every organisation she supports. Her experience and people focused mindset contribute to delivering practical, meaningful HR solutions for clients.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, relaxing with a good book, and making the most of sunny holidays whenever she gets the chance.
