Richard joined Tamar HR in 2019 after a successful career in media where he gained extensive management experience in operations and HR. He’s worked all over the UK, with a long period in London, working for some of the UK’s biggest radio brands.

Richard has brought that experience into the HR field and has a particular ability to help and coach managers to get the most out of their teams. A strategic but practical thinker he is currently assisting a number of business owners working towards creating self-managing companies.

In addition, Richard holds diploma’s in Human Resource Management and in Leadership and Management. Outside of Tamar HR Richard spends time with his family. Having two very young children keeps him busy!
