HR Manager

Following relocating down to Plymouth, Emma joined Tamar HR in July 2024 after gaining 11 years as a HR generalist and HR Manager across a global company within the aviation and recruitment industry.

Whilst providing a high-quality HR generalist service, Emma’s experience and skills spread across a breadth of areas including, recruitment and selection, training and development, coaching and assisting, strategic planning and management of employee relation cases.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with family and friends whilst keeping fit. In May 2024 Emma completed the Rob Burrows Leeds Marathon in an effort to support and raise awareness for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. When marathon training is quiet, Emma enjoys hiking across coastal paths within the South Hams and is an active live music fan, in particular Coldplay and Chris Martin.
